Live performance

Two living “classical sculptures” appeared in the contemporary art exhibition. From the beginning, the two “classical sculptures” remained motionless, and gradually began to move slowly, trying to get closer and stick to each other. Together they looked at the art exhibition and interacted with the audience in a poetic and playful way, as if they were ghosts from another world.

Yingmei Duan held a vase and assumed the classical Venus sculpture pose, while the other artist, Lan Hungh, assumed the classical David sculpture pose. Both performance artists maintained their respective poses throughout the performance.
